Savor Ranch Gourmet Beef Jerky (Brisket) if you like really soft beef jerky than this is the jerky for you. This is right on the limit of being too soft for me but they did a really good job with it. I have made jerky with a lot of different meat cuts but I have never made jerky with brisket and this jerky has me wanting to try making some brisket jerky. The G.O.A.T Beef Jerky Company

The G.O.A.T Beef Jerky Company Review I really enjoyed this beef jerky. It was labeled as hot and it has a little heat but not anything that is unpleasant. If you like really spicy jerky that I don’ think it is hot enough for your liking. This jerky is cut against the grain so it is tender but not mushy. Savage Jerky Co Mojo Jalapeno Beef Jerky

I really wanted to like this jerky since this is a fellow craft beef jerky maker but I did not like some things few things. The packaging looked awesome. The jerky has a good smell but every pieces is massively coated in spices. I really like jerky that has a ton of flavor but you can’t even taste any of the beef of this jerky because it has so much spice on it. I think if they would tame down the seasoning that it would be an awesome jerky but the grit of the amount of seasoning does not blend

Roy Rogers Filet Mignon Jerky

Roy Rogers Filet Mignon Jerky I was really impressed with this jerky. The textures of this jerky is really nice. It is cut across the grain and right at 5mm thick. It is not soft are crumbly and it is not hard like shoe leather. It is very similar texture to how we produce our jerky. The cut of meat is very unique for jerky and I think it very unnecessary but does produce a good product. I think they could produce just a good of jerky with a lessor cut of meat but this is my first time trying
