Roy Rogers Filet Mignon Jerky

Roy Rogers Filet Mignon Jerky I was really impressed with this jerky. The textures of this jerky is really nice. It is cut across the grain and right at 5mm thick. It is not soft are crumbly and it is not hard like shoe leather. It is very similar texture to how we produce our jerky. The cut of meat is very unique for jerky and I think it very unnecessary but does produce a good product.
